
Lorraine is the owner and Managing Director of Pursuit Recruitment. She has a passion, and that is Customer Service. Having learnt her trade in London for over 20 years in national recruitment agencies, she made the decision in 2002 to open her own employment agency in Chelmsford. Lorraine has plans to grow but only when the market is right and she can guarantee the same level of service to all clients.
Lorraine leads a team that cover both temporary and permanent bookings. Lorraine personally ensures that all her staff are trained to a high standard. She understands that it is important for all her staff to follow the same principals as she does. Lorraine believes in quality, transparency, honesty, fairness, this all adds up to great customer service.
For clients, Lorraine ensures that all her staff understands the importance of knowing what their clients do and the exact requirements of any vacant roles. Lorraine oversees good matching with vacancies to candidates.
For candidates, Lorraine ensures all her staff are trained interviewers, they will listen and offer help and guidance as necessary.
Lorraine had a dream when she opened her new branch and that was to develop and run an agency like no other, it would care and value both clients and candidates. This she feels has been achieved but Pursuit is never complacent. Lorraine is constantly striving to ensure her agency is the best and is constantly improving. Lorraine listens to her clients and candidates and uses all feed back to ensure Pursuit is always improving its customer service.
