Pursuit Finance is led by Daniel Begg - Managing Director - who began his recruitment career within this market in 2001. He took a sabbatical in 2004 and spent two years in Australia, before returning and re-establishing himself back in the Essex Finance and Accounting arena. As a result his experience includes recruiting for large multi-nationals to smaller owner managed businesses. He is well recognised in this marketplace and trusted by candidates and clients alike.

Before working in recruitment Daniel spent 4 years working for AXA, two of these as a Business Analyst, with a year spent in South Africa streamlining processes and procedures between the UK and South African operations.

Daniel's approach is simple, he speaks openly and honestly and has outstanding communication skills which allow him to operate in a calm and assured fashion. He manages to engage candidates and clients so that each transaction is an enjoyable and professional experience which is solution led.
