Our client has just won a new contract and is looking for experienced call centre agents to join their busy team. You will be taking inbound calls supporting customers and advising them of the correct action to take in order to resolve any issues. Full training is provided but you will need to have previous call centre experience, (a minimum of one year). Due to the location of the client it would be advantageous if you are a driver or live locally - free parking is on offer.
